Dear Sir, we are having the overdraft account in the name of Glanenergy Exports India Private Limited of Rs. 800.00 Lakhs in UCO Bank Ltd. We have submitted the all papers for renewal cum enhancement to the Bank in February 2025 itself but the bank has taken almost 11 months in enhancement of the proposal and also not renew the overdraft account sue to that the heavy charges is debited in account when the first month in May 2025 the charges was debited we told the bank to renew the account we will see the enhancement after word but the bank has not renew the account and every month the charges were debited in account. The bank officials told once the enhancement will do, we will reverse all the charges now they are denied the same. The bank has debited the Rs. 7,35,317.94/-. We have raised the complaint to ombudsmen also, but they are also only favoring the bank even without knowing the fact given us the compensation of half amount reverse which is not acceptable by us. When we don't have any mistake why we will bear the charges. We have all the communication the bank for sending the email on regular basis. So, request you to provide us the reversal of full amount which is debited by the Bank.
