I was employed under IProcess Services associated with ICICI Bank Ltd. During my exit process, an amount of ₹8,668 was recovered from my Full & Final settlement.
The recovery was made on the grounds of attendance negation for the period 21st August 2025 to 6th September 2025. However:
I was actively working during the said period.
I had marked attendance through login/punching and geo-tagging as per system requirements.
No written warning, escalation, or disciplinary communication was issued to me during employment regarding absence.
The alleged attendance discrepancy was communicated only after resignation.
The amount was paid by me under compulsion to obtain my relieving letter and close employment formally.
Multiple written requests and emails seeking clarification and reimbursement have not been responded to by HR/ERM.
If the attendance did not reflect in the system, it was a backend/system or managerial validation issue and cannot be attributed to me after services were rendered.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has failed to justify the recovery or reimburse the amount.
I therefore request:
Immediate reimbursement of ₹8,668
Written justification with documentary proof if recovery is claimed valid
Closure of this matter in a fair and lawful manner
All supporting emails, call logs, and communication records are available and can be submitted if required.
