THE COMPLAINANT HUMBLY SUBMITS AS UNDER.
1. THE COMPLAINANT IS A SENIOR CITIZEN AND SISTER OF LATE MR. KHAJA GHAZENAFERUDDIN, WHO HELD A BANK ACCOUNT AT THE OPPOSITE PARTY NUMBER 1 BRANCH. AFTER HIS DEMISE, THE COMPLAINANT FILED A DECEASED CLAIM AS THE LEGITIMATE HEIR.
2. DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE. THE COMPLAINANT SUBMITTED ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS INCLUDING THE DEATH CERTIFICATE AND THE FAMILY MEMBER CERTIFICATE FMC ISSUED BY THE REVENUE DEPARTMENT. THE TAHSILDAR OF WARANGAL URBAN HAS PERSONALLY VERIFIED AND CONFIRMED TO THE BANK THAT THE FMC IS GENUINE. DESPITE THIS OFFICIAL CLEARANCE, THE BANK HAS REFUSED TO SETTLE THE CLAIM.
3. DISCRIMINATORY CONDUCT. THE COMPLAINANT SUBMITS THAT BANK OF INDIA HAS ALREADY SETTLED A SIMILAR DECEASED CLAIM FOR HER LATE SISTER BASED ON THE EXACT SAME SET OF DOCUMENTS. THE OPPOSITE PARTY REFUSAL TO ACCEPT THE SAME VERIFIED DOCUMENTS IS ARBITRARY AND VIOLATES THE UNIFORMITY OF BANKING PROCEDURES.
4. HARASSMENT. THE OPPOSITE PARTY HAS ALLEGED INCAPACITY OF THE COMPLAINANT WITHOUT ANY BASIS AND DEMANDED A GUARDIANSHIP CERTIFICATE. THE COMPLAINANT PERSONALLY VISITED THE BRANCH ON MARCH 20, 2026, AT 4.30 PM TO PROVE HER CAPACITY. THIS CONDUCT IS A VIOLATION OF RBI DECEASED CLAIM DIRECTIONS 2025 AND CAUSES IMMENSE MENTAL AGONY.
5. PRAYER. THE COMPLAINANT PRAYS THAT THIS HONOURABLE COMMISSION MAY BE PLEASED TO.
A. DIRECT THE OPPOSITE PARTIES TO IMMEDIATELY SETTLE AND TRANSFER THE DECEASED CLAIM AMOUNT TO THE COMPLAINANT ACCOUNT WITH INTEREST.
B. AWARD A SUM OF RUPEES 100000 AS COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL AGONY AND PROCEDURAL HARASSMENT.
