Unfair Business Practice by Littlebox India - Wrong Order, No Refund, and Fake Store Credit

Dear Consumer Complaint Forum of India Team,

I'm writing to report a frustrating experience with Littlebox India. They shipped a wrong colour dress, and when I returned it, their policy states only store credit will be given, no monetary refund which is also fine.

Worse, they claim to have sent a store credit code to an email (tanu11260@gmail.com) that isn't mine or registered with their app. I've followed up multiple times, but no response. It's like I've lost my money.
I have 2 more dresses in the same order that i haven't received yet and says processing still.

I urge your forum to take immediate action against Littlebox India for their unfair practices and potential fraud.
Requesting your intervention to:
1. Direct Littlebox India to provide a full refund or resolve the issue.
2. Investigate their business practices.
