My order ID#7D121826624 ordered on 17 December 2025 which has to be delivered to me on 31st december till now it was not delivered and raised multiple complaints and calls to the customer support they are least bothered about my issue and reached to them multiple times over the phone, emails no one is responding properly.

Shimpent is from Delhi to Hyderabad.
