Yesterday, I gave my Yamaha FZ V3 for service and clearly requested only the following work to be carried out:
Chain sprocket replacement
Front and rear disk pad replacement
Fork oil change
However, I was surprised to learn that several additional parts were replaced without my knowledge or approval. I have now been asked to pay an amount of ₹8,000, including more than ₹2,000 as labour charges.
This is unacceptable and goes against standard service procedures. I request your immediate support in reviewing this issue, providing clarity on the unauthorized replacements, and rectifying the charges accordingly.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.
