I purchased I iconic subscription in the month of oct 2024 for UPSC study and as per process after getting a subscription I ordered offline notes in English language and after one month parcel received but books in Hindi medium I continue mail and complaint regarding that issue but unacademy team never help in a proper response to me. I am totally harassment mentally and physically and not focused on my study last three month because book is not received. i want return of my subscription amount and harassment mentally and physically, wasting time and money.

If the company is not giving you the promised services and not refunding the amount, you can file a case in the Consumer Forum. But before going to Consumer Forum, we suggest you to send a legal notice to the Unacademy.
