I had purchased a car Toyota Etiose Cross with registration number UP 16BD 7979 from Uttam Toyota, H-3, H Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309 in year 1996. During sale, the company told me that it is EURO 4 model, the invoice of the car is attached herewith. Now in year 2025 I want to transfer this car in the name of my brother, but I am unable to transfer as it is norm of Haryana government that EURO 3 model is Non transferable. They checked online & found that in documents this car is showing EURO 3 model & it can’t be transfer in existing condition, but, on providing any proof of EURO 4, we can do that. From that time we are behind the Uttam Toyota to give us proof of EURO 4 model (email is attached), but they are not doing any favor. I have already issued NOC from Noida authority, 2 months back & I have talked to Uttam Toyota regarding this to Mr. Sahu at mobile No. 9871377979; Mrs. Amisha at 9289590012, Mrs. Pinki at 9899380537 & through them Mrs. Paramjeet, but nobody is providing any solution. Since NOC is issued by Noida authority & I am unable to transfer to Haryana, I have cheated, so I am requesting you to intervene for the solution.
