I am facing funds crunch due to the negligency of ICICI Bank as well from ICICI direct demat account. Last three months my salaries are getting returned and not getting any incoming credits to my Savings Bank Account. Similarly amount lying with ICICI direct, unable to transfer to my ICICI Savings bank account. I visited ICICI Bank personally several times to know the reason for HOLD but none of them able to diagnose the problem In fact they told me upgrade my Savings account to normal account by maintaining 15,000/- balance. I have agreed for that condition. Similarly I have sent repeated e mails to all seniors of ICICI Bank as well to ICICI direct including SEBI and RBI ombudsman. Needless to mentiion here that being a senior citizen I have been running pillar to post for last three months time with out any end results.
