Hi Team,

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service from Amazon.
For over ten months I have been unable to place any orders on Amazon despite being a Prime member.
I have already sent multiple emails and called customer care several times, but absolutely nothing has been resolved.

This is unacceptable. A company of Amazon’s scale should not make its customers run in circles without providing a solution. If this issue is not resolved immediately, it will force me to reconsider continuing with Amazon Prime and escalate this matter through every possible channel.
