I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with Uber Decor and Leena Mehta. I placed an order for a sofa on 17 June 2025.
Three weeks ago, they sent me pictures of the finished sofa. Unfortunately, the fabric quality was not what I had requested and appeared patchy. Upon raising this concern, their team agreed with me and kindly offered to re-upholster the sofa at no extra cost, which I appreciated.
However, since then, I have been persistently requesting an update about when my sofa will be dispatched, but I have not received any clear or adequate response.
The Customer Support team has been inconsistent in their communication, providing a different story every day.
I initially had a positive experience dealing with Ms. Leena Mehta, the founder, who was very helpful and prompt at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, as the issues and delays have progressed, her demeanor has changed drastically—from being outright rude to completely unresponsive to my follow-ups.
This experience has been deeply disappointing. As of today I have no clear answer on when my sofa will be dispatched.
