The customer service has stopped taking my calls. At the time when they were still taking calls from me, I demanded another number to contact anyone else who might be able to give me info on my order or atleast a refund. The customer service agent gave me a number that no one ever answers. If I call from another number, they take my call and say my mirror will ship "tomorrow". They have said that it would ship "tomorrow" for 3 weeks before they stopped taking my calls.
I have been cheated out of almost 18k. Regret not checking the reviews of this website before placing my order. Reporting them to cyber crimes.
