I purchased a LED TV in August 2026, but the remote has stopped working, and I am unable to operate the TV. I have been trying to contact the support team by email and through the provided phone number for the past few days, but I have not received any response.
I have been experiencing extremely poor service from the team, starting with the installation process and continuing to the present. I am very disappointed with the lack of support and timely response.
