Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about an unfulfilled travel booking and the non-refund of my payment. On 11-Jul-2025,
I booked a Tirupati trip through a travel agent named Daisy(8015021312). As per Daisy's request, I made a payment of ₹1000 via GPay to the number 9940466822.
Despite my payment, the promised trip to Tirupati was never arranged. Furthermore, I have repeatedly tried to contact Daisy regarding
the trip and to request a refund of my ₹1000, but I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and failure to provide
the service or refund the amount is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request an immediate refund of my ₹1000.
Please investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the individual responsible.
