Transfer of Mobile No From Corporate to Personal

Dear Sir,

Over the last 15 Days, VodafoneIdea has been harassing me to the point of annoyance. I asked them to convert my Mobile No 9892223667 from Corporate to Personal. They asked me to submit an NOC from the Company on the Company's Letter Head. I emailed them that my previous company, Harry's India Pvt Ltd, is now closed, and therefore I cannot provide a NOC. But Vodafone would not listen to me.

In between, they asked me to submit the documents, and then the backend team rejected it because the company letter was not there, or There Was a Signature Mismatch. Then Monika from Vodafone called, who understood and was helping me out to resolve the issue, and thereafter, my address verification was done, which also came positive last week. Yesterday I got a call to visit the VodafoneIdea Store to complete the formalities, but no email came. Today again, Monika called me and then an email comes from her end to visit the VodafoneIdea Store at Prism Square, S.V.Road, Kandivali (W). At first, the VodafoneIdea executive was explaining the process, and then after talking with Monika, then he did the required process and gave me a SIM Card and informed me that within 4 hours an activation message would come. After that again at the Alternate no a message comes that the request has been rejected due to Company letterhead missing Signature or Stamp. Please contact you Point of Sale Again

Now, where should I go to complain about this Vodafoneidea attitude and harrasing me again again.

I am a genuine customer. I have been using this Mobile no 9892223667 for last 21 Years (First 10 Years in Airtel and now in Vodafone). But this type of pathethic service of Vodafoneidea i have never Seen.

I demand strict action Vodafoneidea, and Compensation from VodafoneIdea and transfer of Mobile No from Corporate to Personal.
