Dear Team, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with my credit card payments. I made three payments of ₹10,000, ₹10,010, and ₹10,110, but all of them failed. Despite my repeated follow-ups over the past five months, I have not received a resolution. I kindly request you to process a refund for these failed transactions at the earliest. Additionally, please note that the application no longer provides access to the wallet where the refunds were initially shown, further complicating the matter. I have emailed your various departments but have yet to receive a response not Share Refund Proof Attached to this email are the screenshots of the failed transactions for your reference.
