one year back i have brought Toshiba tv from Flipkart now screen has got completely black i have submitted a complain against tv.
This is the worst tv service seen ever I'm tired of calling service team and from service management giving me false and fake information sometimes saying video is missing and sometimes invoice is missing and misleading it has been more than a month

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Toshiba (contact@toshiba-india.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to repair the TV and also provide the information about max time to repair the said TV.

This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
