I would like to file a formal complaint against MakeO Toothsi for unsatisfactory dental treatment and post-treatment complications.
I had undergone orthodontic treatment with MakeO Toothsi [mention approximate start and end date if possible]. After completing the treatment as per their instructions, I am now facing serious issues with chewing and overall discomfort in my jaw and teeth alignment.
Despite following their guidance and reaching out to their customer support multiple times, there has been no effective resolution or corrective action from their end. This issue is affecting my daily life and ability to eat properly.
I believe this constitutes deficiency in service and medical negligence, as the treatment outcome has caused more harm than benefit.
