Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Vishnu Kumar, request to file a formal complaint against Thomson for failing to repair my TV despite repeated follow-ups for over five months.
My complaint number is DL21170725T189619. A technician visited on 23rd July 2025 and confirmed the display issue. On 30th July 2025, I was informed that the repair is delayed due to a pending part. Since then, I have sent more than 10 emails, but there has been no resolution, no timeline, and no proper response.
Because of this extreme delay, the product remains unusable and the company has failed to provide after-sales service as per warranty terms.
I request the following reliefs:
