Today morning i had recharged my wallet seeing it was low. Once I made the payment through gpay the amount rs1269, got debited with a statement in gpay saying it’s paid but the amount wasn’t credited in the wallet. Called the merchant, the representatives kept saying it’s stuck in between gateways, the amount was not paid though if shows paid and it might get refunded back which they aren’t sure of.
And told me to waif for 6-7 business days.
Don’t know what to do.
Shared my bank statement and transaction Id with them just hoping the money would be back
