I ordered a dress from themoorni.com and made an online payment via GPay (Cashfree merchant UPI) as there was no COD option.
I received an order confirmation email with an order ID, but the product has not been delivered and no tracking details have been shared. Emails sent to support@moorni.com are not getting delivered.
Requesting an immediate resolution. Failing this, I will proceed with a consumer court complaint.
