in January 2023, I contacted Texas Review for job opportunities abroad. Ms. Vijaya from their sales team explained their resume marketing services. I initially paid ₹2,000 for an assessment of my resume to see where my job role had international opportunities. After their research, they told me there were openings in the UK and Sweden. Based on this confirmation, I paid ₹80,000 for full resume marketing services.

However, after payment, I was informed that my role was actually not available in Sweden. I felt completely misled and disappointed because I had only paid after getting their confirmation. From February 2023 onward, I’ve been trying to reach out to their team repeatedly, but my calls were either ignored or blocked. Employees kept saying they weren’t the concerned person and someone else would call me back, which never happened.

I was offered other options like the US (which I didn’t opt for due to the uncertainty of H1B visas) and Australia (which I declined because I couldn’t take my child along due to visa restrictions). Since none of these options were viable, they agreed to refund me and gave me the contact number of the branch head, Rahul. However, he hasn’t answered my calls for over two months.

Even my brother visited their Hyderabad office in person to follow up, and they again promised a refund—but nothing came through.

The mental stress and constant chasing took a heavy toll on me. I went through extreme anxiety and even suffered a panic attack, which led to me being admitted to the hospital. This entire experience has been emotionally and financially exhausting.

I trusted this organization based on its reputation, but I feel completely cheated. I am requesting your urgent intervention to get my money refunded and bring accountability for the distress caused.
