I am an NRI customer.
I have taken a life insurance + investment plan through TATA AIA. Since I paid first premium, there is no response to my queries. Freelook period expires on 24th Dec 2025. As the policy is not transparent and customer care is of no use, I would like to cancel the policy. However, to cancel the policy, TATA AIA is asking me to visit the branch in India. Now I need to travel to India to cancel the policy, which was not communicated to me at point.
