Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding my motor insurance claim with BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. My car met with an accident on 28th November 2024, following which I promptly filed a claim with the insurance company.

Despite a detailed investigation, including a physical spot inspection, the claim has been unjustifiably denied. Additionally, the insurance company has failed to provide the survey report, which is critical for my understanding of their decision.

I have received a letter from the insurer declining the claim on the basis of what appears to be a fabricated or inaccurate narrative. This has caused me significant distress, and I feel harassed by their handling of this matter.

I request your intervention in this case to ensure transparency and justice. I also urge you to assist me in obtaining the car survey report and to evaluate the legitimacy of the insurance company’s claim denial.
