Sir/Madam,
1. I vandana vaghela initially came in contact with Ms. Pratiksha vartak ,who subsequently represented herself as an employee of velvet vacation/ tahini hospitality/novex communication, and assured me that she would arrange a complete travel/tour package through the said company.
2. That relying upon her representation of being a company employee, i agreed to book the said package. She first sent me company velvet vacation itinerary and later on when I told her it's very high cost she said she will share discounted itinerary
3. That the said employee accepted a total sum of ₹ 235000 from me through digital transfer into her personal bank account, while assuring that the booking tickets issued through company software and logo and address everything mentioned in ticket
4. That thereafter, i was issued air tickets and booking documents generated using your company’s booking software / agency system, clearly bearing your company name, logo, address and other official details.
5. That upon verification with the airline online website it was revealed that the said tickets were fake / invalid / dummy, and no confirmed booking existed against the provided PNR.
6. That it is evident that your employee misused your company’s official software, credentials and authority, thereby cheating me and causing financial loss and severe mental harassment.
2. Liability of Company and Management
7. That the fraudulent acts were committed during the course of employment, using company infrastructure, systems and goodwill, making the company vicariously liable for the acts of its employee.
Whenever I have coordinated with her sitting in your company talking with our staff she has done and prepared forged and fake documents.
How she prepared such airtickets without using your company software because your company name and logo printed on it
8. That your company and its Directors / Managers are also liable due to negligence, lack of supervision, and failure to safeguard access to booking software, enabling the fraud.
Further in August 2024 already FIR filed in pratiksha vartak goregaon west police station by karotrip.com where she has done fraud of rs 20 lakhs how you have kept employee without checking her background past where she worked because she is criminal and fraud person cheater
10. That Directors, Managers and Authorized Signatories are legally accountable when fraud is committed using company systems with their knowledge, consent, or negligent supervision.
Provide a written explanation regarding misuse of company software;
Confirm disciplinary/legal action taken against the concerned employee
