Not delivered the product i ordered (pre paid).I ordered at 08:46 p.m.,they confirmed that product will be delivered by 09:15 - 09:30p.m., but unfortunately product not delivered & not informed.

Thread 'Food Not delivered but payment done'

HI Sir,
I have ordered some food through Zomato against order id - 6842707763 on 2nd of May and payment for the same was done at time of ordering but my food was still not delivered whereas on Zomato app its showing food delivered. Even after complaining multiple times i didn't received my money back from Zomato. Kindly take necessary action and get my fund refund immediately.
