I had an undelivered prepaid order from Swiggy. On reporting they asked to reorder and for that order also they made me pay stating that the first one will be refunded. When contacted them for refund they have been sending emails stating that refund initiated and will be reflected within 72hrs. Even after receiving four such mails on repeated queries still no refund
