I haven’t received the refund for this. I kept trying to get my point through on the swiggy call. The first lady said about a partial refund, but she did not initiate it, after arranging my actual lunch, I reached out again to get a full refund after disposing of the order with mixed non veg items. After that when I reached out again on the given number, I was told they cannot help me because they now require opened photos with proofs that there was non vegetarian inside the packaged item. Why would someone even touch the non veg item if they don’t in general eat non veg. How can someone expect to rummage around and rummage the non veg bits. I want full refund.

I have ordered Chilli Paneer through Zomato from Element restaurant.
They delivered Chicken chilli and My wife is pure veg, Hindutva and very religious.
She ate unwillingly and now she continuesly Vomiting...She is 2months pregnant as well.
This is very serious issue ....And when i contact to zomato customer care ,she told me it is Cauliflower.
After giving more images she accepted the fault ...
I want a restrict action against the hotel as well as zomato...
