First In july, I delivered an instamart order to a customer but there was some spillage issue which is under the wrapped bag so it is store's fault. I politely asked the customer to raise a complaint on swiggy. But I don't know what she did, swiggy accused of stealing and penalised me 2000rs without any proper investigation and when I try to complaint about it no response. And now in December I worked my a** off for some urgent money. I earned 4900rs and weekly bumper guarantee of 3850rs but I only got payout of 1652rs and Now they are charging me for the penalty and some onboarding fee which I paid like 3 times. Now there is no response they are closing my tickets instantly without proper explaination
