I placed an order on 19th october at 9:03pm from Lotus Leaf restaurant using Swiggy portal.
Order Id: 219857601552304

The order was delivered and i made cash payment to the delivery person.
5 min later i got another call from some delivery guy about same order, I told him I have already received the order.
Then, swiggy support team called and I said same that i have received the order. To which the swiggy contact person said that it must be sent by mistake and he will cancel it.
Thereafter, i received a message saying i have bewn charged 1348₹ as cancellation fee.
Since October 20, 2025 I have been chasing Swiggy management to reverse the cancellation charges through their app based chat and also through mails. On their chat platform,, all their customer executives assure help and then do nothing, asking me to write mail.
I have written many mails since October 22, but every few days since October 23, they send me a mail saying:

As the next step, we will conduct a thorough investigation from our end, and our team will reach you within 48 hours with a resolution.

Incidents like this are rare in Swiggy, but we will make sure they are minimized in the future.

No action or resolution has been taken. I have presented images of bill as proof of receipt of order. Plus I also asked to listen the call recording for conversation with the swiggy person who called to check about delivery cancellation.

But no response. my cancellation charges have not been reveresed.
Total mental harassment.

Please help.
