Subject: Urgent Request for Immediate Resolution – iPhone 16 Pro Replacement
Dear Sir,
I had emailed your company 5 days ago, but I have not received any reply from anyone till now. If I had known earlier that Apple provides such service to its customers, I would have never purchased an iPhone.
Customers spend such a huge amount with great difficulty, and instead, your company is selling defective products to them.
It has already been 6–7 days since I submitted my handset at the service centre, and till today I have not received any update from their side. They don’t even answer customer calls. Is it not Apple’s responsibility to update the customer?
Today when I followed up, I was informed that the part is not available with the company and I will have to wait for another 15 days. Still, no confirmed date has been provided as to when I will get my phone back.
Sir, I want an answer from Apple—whether this is the quality of service, product quality, and customer care that you provide? Where neither the customer’s time, nor money, nor satisfaction is valued by your company.
Your company does not even have the part available for the 16 Pro model which was launched just this year.
I purchased my iPhone 16 Pro on 20th July 2025 from Vijay Sales. Just 5 days after purchase, the device started hanging and switching off automatically. I reported the issue to Apple customer support, and I was told to continue using it, and in case the issue persists, it would be replaced.
Within 15 days, the device permanently switched off and never turned back on. I visited 3 different service centres, but none of them even had an appointment available. Finally, I submitted my device at Unicorn Service Centre, Gurgaon, where I was told that I would get my device back on 18th August 2025. However, I still have not received it.
Today, when I contacted them again, I was told that the part is not available and I will have to wait for another 15 days, without any confirmed date.
Because of this, I have already suffered huge losses in the past 15 days. I have no mobile phone to use, and after spending such a big amount, your company has only caused me harassment.
I no longer wish to wait. I request you to provide me with a replacement device immediately. Otherwise, I will be forced to file a complaint against your company in the Consumer Court.
Please respond to this email on an urgent basis.

On 20th July 2025, I purchased an Apple iPhone 16 Pro (256 GB, Natural Titanium). Apple is considered one of the most reputed brands in mobile phones, and I also believed in its quality, which is why I invested ₹1,40,000 in this purchase.
However, just seven days after purchase, the phone started malfunctioning — sometimes it would hang, sometimes it would switch off on its own, and other times it would lag. I reported these issues to Apple Customer Support, and they assured me that if the problems persisted, I would be given a replacement.
On 10th August, my phone suddenly switched off completely, would not turn on, and would not charge. I went to the Saket service center, but the earliest appointment was a week later. I then visited the Vasant Kunj service center, but they didn’t even check the device and told me it would have to be sent to Bangalore, which I refused.
On 14th August, I visited the Unicorn Apple Service Center in Gurgaon, and they informed me that the device must be submitted and the process would take about a week.
My concern is that this is a brand-new device which started showing problems within a week of purchase. I feel that I have wasted ₹1,40,000. Considering Apple’s reputation as a top brand, both the device and the service have been extremely disappointing.
I do not wish to have my new device repaired — I request you to initiate the replacement process immediately and provide me with a new device as soon as possible. Otherwise I will take a action
