Subject: Consumer Complaint Against Fullon Punjab Restaurant, Sector 62 Noida – Missing Item Despite Full Payment (Swiggy Order ID: 226189445254656)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Sumit Yadav, wish to file a consumer complaint against Fullon Punjab Restaurant, Sector 62, Noida, and the food delivery platform Swiggy, for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

On [01/01/26], I placed an online food order via Swiggy from Fullon Punjab Restaurant. The complete payment for the order was made online in advance. The order details are as follows:

  • Platform: Swiggy
  • Restaurant: Fullon Punjab, Sector 62, Noida
  • Order ID: 226189445254656
However, upon receiving the order, I found that one or more items were missing from the delivery. Despite charging me the full amount of the order, neither the restaurant nor Swiggy informed me in advance about the unavailability or removal of the item(s).

This action caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment. Charging full payment while knowingly delivering an incomplete order amounts to deficiency in service, lack of transparency, and unfair trade practice under consumer protection laws.

I tried to raise the issue through Swiggy customer support, but [mention: no proper resolution / delayed response / refund denied if applicable
I respectfully request the concerned authority to kindly:

  1. Direct the restaurant/Swiggy to refund the amount for the missing item(s) or provide appropriate compensation
  2. Take necessary action to ensure such practices are not repeated
  3. Hold the concerned parties accountable for misleading and negligent service
I am ready to provide order details, payment proof, and screenshots if required.

I request prompt action in this matter in the interest of consumer rights.

We recommend that you first call the Swiggy customer care at "080-68422422" and also send an email to the customer care department of the Swiggy (support@swiggy.in), clearly outlining your concerns, mention the transection details and request to Refund the amount.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
