My name is Gundekari Srikanth, and I am an SBI Credit Card holder. I have been making my card payments regularly. However, due to family problems, I was unable to make payments for the last six months. I had requested some time to clear the dues.

Unfortunately, instead of providing me with support, the SBI Credit Card office staff have engaged in highly inappropriate and unethical behavior:
  • They accessed my mobile contacts without my consent.
  • They made threatening calls to my contacts.
  • They spoke in an abusive and disrespectful manner to my family members.
  • They sent indecent and insulting messages to my wife.
  • They threatened to block or seize money from my account.
This conduct is unacceptable, unprofessional, and has caused me and my family severe mental distress. I am attaching all relevant proofs (such as Calling Numbrs and Chating History & Voice Recording also) for your reference.

I kindly request you to:
  • Take strict action against the responsible staff.
  • Ensure such harassment does not happen again.
  • Provide me with a fair opportunity and time to settle my dues.
