Handles of cupboards too sharp and injured while operating. Informed Mr. Sibin, Mr. Sabari and Mr. Rohit about the same. Other than giving verbal assurance and excuses no action to rectify the defects have happened. Vendor forcing to accept Prefilled message to issue Warranty. Would like to seek refund over the issue and claim compensation for injury.
