1. I purchased stocholm 2Str electric recliner Sofa-cream from Home Centre life style, DLF Mall, Noida on 02 .02.2024 for Rs 110698.92.
2. It developed electric defect which was informed the company, and they replaced it. After some time it developed Sagging of back seat and alignment of seats which was again informed the company which they promised to repair and rectify. They took the sofa to their repair centre and returned after 3 months after continuous pursuing the matter without any rectification rather in same defective condition.
3. The matter told to the company toll-free number 15 days back, they kept on delaying in reply on the pretext of matter under consideration, today after lot of telephone calls informed that they will take no action as it is rectified, I informed that the sofa has been returned without any rectification, that also told them by the delivery person of the company and the photos were also shared by me on email to the company.
4. It is a total harrasment that after spending such a huge money for the item, Home Centre life style company is irresponsibly conducting herself and not taking any action rather playing delay tactics to avoid the repair or replacement of item.I am quite disturbed by their actions and find no where go. Pl help.
