Hello, my wife and I stopped at below cafe on 17th Feb 2026.

FSSAI has been applied for.
The bill value was 535. Over as nd above tax , they charged a round off of 0.24 to themselves. And when questioned they said they can’t remove it because it is in the system and that they do it on every bill.
This is free money and as a customer I don’t have a choice but to accept and pay if I have decided to eat at their cafe. And the cafe makes thousands just by taking a cut with every customer. Why would a restaurant round off values to themselves .. this is theft at broad day light. And why is the legal system not restricting this theft. The loss amount is 0.24 I am not able to submit this complaint because the government says this is not a valid value. Therefore I gave the value as 1 to consider this complaint .
