I am writing to formally address my claim ID CIR20257000020782094 related to my hospitalization at Lokmanya Hospital on Aug 25, 2024, for sudden chest heaviness My medical history as noted by my physician indicates no prior cardiac issues
Upon admission comprehensive tests including ECG and laboratory evaluations confirmed that there were no cardiac problems I understand that the hospitals Mediclaim department initially raised a claim for coronary artery disease which was subsequently ruled out based on the diagnostic results
Additionally, I consulted a neurologist to determine the nature of my symptoms The neurologist confirmed that the chest heaviness was related to anxiety as outlined in the attached letter
I would like to address your request for prior medical history documentation It is common for patients not to retain such records as a pharmacist working in pharmacovigilance, I have maintained relevant medical documents from my past claims which I have attached for your reference I would like to emphasize that I have not submitted any claims in the last 12 years
I believe that requesting extensive medical history in this instance is unwarranted and I consider this situation to be an undue burden If my claim is not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate the matter to your grievance department and explore legal options
After Attempt and as per latest communication from Star Health I paid Premium Too still I have not received Claim Amount
