Reet Kaur, a student, was enrolled in the IIT Foundation Course for Class 10 (2025–26 batch) at Sri Chaitanya Knowledge Hub, Trimulgiri, Hyderabad. The admission was taken on 29th December 2024, and an advance payment of ₹10,500 was made toward the total course fee of ₹35,000. The admission process was facilitated by Mr. Bhanu Kiran, who also promised complimentary access to online classes for Class 9 during December 2024.
Despite repeated reminders and clear communication that the student preferred online classes, no arrangements or responses were provided by the institution.
When a refund of the paid amount was requested from Mr. Bhanu Kiran due to the failure to deliver services, it was casually denied, citing a non-refundable policy which he had not mentioned earlier in admission process.
