A pair of spectacles were bought in the month on 20 April 2025 from Lenskart, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. The frame cracked from the hinge on 21st October 2025 and was replaced by the store on 24th October 2025.
The second frame again cracked due to the pressure of the lens which was probably not sized properly, on 08 Nov 2025 and was replaced by the store on insisting , on 11 Nov 2025.
The second frame cracked again from the same place on 25 Nov 2025, for the third time.
This has led to a lot of harassment and suffering as it has been very difficult to work without the reading glasses and visiting the store over and again with the same issue.
