I, Dattatraya Mahajan, decided in October 2024 to get a solar system installed for ₹100,000 (one lakh) through Sahil Solar System, from Mr. Sahil Manoj Shinde.
Even after taking a total amount of ₹95,000 (ninety-five thousand) from time to time via UPI from my family members for the purpose of installing the solar system, the said person has not completed the solar system work, even though more than one year has passed.
Despite paying 95% of the amount, I am still paying the electricity bill every month.
I have suffered immense financial loss due to the said person.
The said person is not answering phone calls.
The police are not providing any help.
The person who was supposed to install the solar system is the son of a former municipal corporator, and therefore he believes that the law is in his hands.
I kindly request assistance.
