I had ordered a night-suit as a part of order# SB10319. And have received a pair of cheap duplicate jeans!

This is highly ridiculous. I have never experienced this level of bad customer service before.

And their customer care is also not reachable.

Please follow the below steps against Sleepberry:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
I have ordered two night suits on which I have received a cheap quality jeans that too of a 10 years old boy....this is so ungraceful
 
Same thing happened with me i ordered 2sets of 3piece night suits but recieved an old used zara jeans which smells terrible I lost 1000rs ban sleepberry site and their ads all over the internet
This is rediculous and also they used the same info we used to buy the 1st time and tried to scam me again , today (march29,2026) some random guy came with an jewellery order which i never ordered he came straight to my door and he even had my number this is scary , they are saving and using customers personal info , please look in to this

I ordered one night suit from sleep berry and I complain in many platforms no one gave response I also do syber crime but didn't it's not only with me but with many customers I also recieved a cheap jeans instead of nightdress.everyone deserve there money back.please do something otherwise punished them who are handling and this website and doing fraud we want justice.. it is not enough you only band there website but what about them who are ordered and lost there moneyyy please took a action and gave us justice
