  • I am a resident of Bangalore , Harlur, and availed a chemical peel service from Body Craft located at 1st Flr, 1778, 19th Main Rd, Vanganahalli, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102 on June 2024
  • The purpose of the chemical peel was to address my concerns regarding hyperpigmentation.
  • The cost of the service was ~₹30,000/-.
  • Body Craft staff did not conduct a proper skin analysis or consultation before administering the chemical peel.
  • The chemical peel resulted in severe burns on my face, causing severe redness, blistering, scarring].
  • Despite my complaints, Body Craft failed to provide adequate medical attention or any solution to treat the burns.
  • They falsely assured me that the burns would heal without any long-term consequences.
  • However, the burns have resulted in permanent scarring on my face, causing significant emotional distress and impacting my self-esteem.

  • Deficiency in Service: Body Craft failed to provide the promised service (effective treatment for hyperpigmentation) and instead caused severe harm to my skin.
  • Negligence:Body Craft acted negligently by:
    • Failing to conduct a proper skin analysis before the procedure.
    • Administering the chemical peel without proper precautions.
    • Failing to provide adequate medical attention after the burns occurred.
    • Providing false and misleading information regarding the treatment and recovery.
  • Unfair Trade Practice: Body Craft engaged in unfair trade practices by falsely promising effective treatment and failing to disclose the potential risks and side effects of the procedure.

1) They have claimed if I will pay 29k my pigmentation mark won’t be there but I got new burn marks after that. I took session in month of may 2024.

Still marks are not gone.
