Emi duedate on 4th MAY 2025 but emi not deducted from account on 4th may and also waiting for re-presentation till 10 of may 2025 even if sufficient balance maintained from 3rd may to till date. Getting calls as emi bounced and pay charges and mentally suffering with the company for no solution and and my cibil score effected for all future loans and mental disturbance faced by them. No proper response from any of the official or executive of shriram finance.
i also attached the proofs of bank statement sent to them after asking and no solution even then. i complained through consumerhelpline.gov.in (grievance no: 7118417) and it was closed with wrong remarks mentioned by the company stating that i have not submitted the bank statement asked by them which was false as i shared them through whatsapp to manager and DM of the branch for reference to show that the sufficent balance maintained and no transaction recorded in statement on 4th may i.e emi duedate . in return asking full month bank statement in mid of month. even then i shared statement till date i.e 15 may. but no response till now and repeatedly asking to visit branch where no response getting from dm of the branch itself and
