I availed a loan from Shriram City Union Finance Limited at Nagal Nagar, Dindigul branch two-wheeler motor-cycle. The loan was availed on 04.07.2022 and the repayment of dues was completed on 05.07.2024. A no objection certificate (NOC) from the financier is essential to cancel the endorsement of the financier in the Registration Certificate of the two-wheeler. I applied for no objection certificate (NOC) on 09.07.2024. I went to Shriram City Union Finance branch office at Nagal Nagar, Dindigul twice in-person to receive the no objection certificate (NOC) and contacted the concerned official through phone several times. But a no objection certificate is issued only on 02.11.2024 after three months of undue delay. I doubt that the officials of City Union Finance Limited at Nagal Nagar, Dindigul branch intentionally delayed to issue the NOC. Because the delay in issuing the NOC I am not able to cancel the endorsement of the financier in the Registration Certificate and in turn I am not able to sell the two-wheeler. I suffered a lot due to the delay in issuing the no objection certificate by Shriram City Union Finance Limited, Nagal Nagar, Dindigul branch. The officials of Shriram City Union Finance Limited at Nagal Nagar, Dindigul branch caused mental agony and breech of peace to me by their act of omission, negligence, and conscious withholding of information. The officials of Shriram City Union Finance Limited at Nagal Nagar, Dindigul caused detrimental to my rights as a consumer by their inappropriate manner of performances of the services.
