We bought RO from them, firstly it took 3 weeks to get it installed and they came up with a different model after what was shown in the first place.

That was still okay and we paid the requested amount on 22/01/2025. Which is almost 4500-5000 extra than the online price.

Now since the invoice has been requested but no luck with the invoice.
