Dear Sir
I had purchased Whirlpool front loaded full automatic washing machine from Croma Sharanpur road nashik on 05.11.2024
This new machine got door lock problem on 10.12.24. Complain for the same was logged on 11.12.24
Croma customer Care assured to resolve problem in 24 to 48 hours. But from last 15 days I am chasing but still problem not solved & the service engineer closed my 1st complaint.
I asked Croma to replace & upgrade machine to LG.

We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to submit the complaint via E-Mail to the Whirlpool customer care, mention all the details and wait for 7 days for their reply. If they are not solving your problem, then you have a strong reason to file a case in Consumer Forum.
