Refrigerator Service not provided as per warranty terms, after too many follow ups

sir, please refer attached bill, as per these 3 months warranty provided by service company, but after too many follow ups, company is not responding. His representative asked to repair from authorized company technician and ready to refund the charges, but after sharing everything he is not responding. As per company technician, these company was not providing the services properly, not change any parts and charges amount of rs.2000/- which was paid in cash. After too many requests he submitted the bill of Rs.1800, but now not ready to refund the amount, (which paid to Samsung technician) or provided the service. Still thermostat matter is pending, which need to be change immediately. Please help and take strict action against the service vendor, who are fraud and harass.
