I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent purchase from nilkamal company website

  • Order Details: 3-door wardrobe
  • Order Reference Number: 167992
  • Order Date: November 26, 2025
  • Delivery Date: December 2, 2025 (via Blue Dart courier)
As per company’s instructions, a technician was supposed to visit within 7 days of delivery to complete the installation. Unfortunately, no technician has come to date. Despite multiple follow-ups by my family with company support team, the installation has not been arranged.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as the product cannot be used without proper installation. I kindly request you to take immediate action and arrange for the installation service at the earliest.

Please confirm the technician’s appointment date and time at the earliest possible convenience.
