I took an Airtel WiFi connection 8 months ago, and I keep facing issues with it regularly. Whenever I call for service, they always say it will be fixed within a day, but the WiFi remains down for 3 to 4 days. Currently, the WiFi has been down again for the past 3 days. I’ve already registered a complaint, but even after being told it would be resolved in a day, it has still not been fixed.

My monthly bill is generated on the 27th, and I have to pay the full amount even though the WiFi doesn’t work for 3 to 4 days every month. Despite this, I don’t receive any waiver for the days the service is down. I want to file a complaint against Airtel for not providing proper service despite being such a big company and even after taking full payment from customers. I request that strict action be taken against Airtel so that they improve their services and we don’t have to face such problems. Thank you.

Hello @Ratnesh Pathak

We understand that the Airtel has not solving your problem and not providing you any waiver, despite you have already registered your complaint with the Airtel Customer Care.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Airtel, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and provide the waiver accordingly. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.

Please let us know if you need assistance in drafting the legal notice or have any further questions.

Best regards,
