Hello
@Srotoswini Bhattacharya
We have carefully reviewed your complaint against
Goboult.
As per your submission, you purchased
Goboult Y1 Pro Earbuds in the first week of August 2026 and raised a service request due to technical issues. The product was picked up on September 2, 2026. However, the tracking status has remained stuck on "in transit" and when you check the live tracking link, it shows "no parcel found" — raising serious concerns about the whereabouts of your device. Despite attempting to contact Goboult on all provided numbers, you have received no response whatsoever.
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and the details you have shared.
